Shipping Destination

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders to U.S. territories and islands, including but not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands, are not supported at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.

Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit time. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take longer than usual.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Additional email notifications will be sent as your order status updates.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, extreme weather, holidays, or high order volumes.

Nosleep Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, but we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues whenever possible.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may result in delays, additional fees, or failed deliveries.
