Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that the order has not yet been processed.

Once an order has entered the processing stage, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.
  • Personalized or custom-made products, including items with custom names, numbers, or designs.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.

For personalized products, a confirmation email is sent before production begins. Once confirmed, these items cannot be canceled or returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
  3. Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the item back to the return address provided by our support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
